SSHADE

"Solid Spectroscopy Hosting Architecture of Databases and Expertise"

SSHADE is an interoperable database infrastructure of Solid Spectroscopy (https://www.sshade.eu/) providing data obtained by various spectroscopic techniques over the whole electromagnetic spectrum from Gamma to radio wavelengths, through X, UV, Vis, IR, and mm ranges. The measured solids are either synthetized in the laboratory or are natural terrestrial analogs or extraterrestrial cosmo-materials.

SSHADE contains a set of specialized databases from various European research groups and is developed under the European program Europlanet 2020-RI (H2020) with the help of OSUG, CNRS/INSU, IPAG and CNES. It is hosted by the OSUG data center / Université Grenoble Alpes, France.

The SSHADE consortium has currently 23 partner teams (73 participants) in 21 laboratories from 9 different European countries (FR, GB, IT, DE, ES, HU, PL, CH, AT) plus India and Taiwan.

“Europlanet 2020 RI has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 654208”
